Information Collected Automatically

Activity Information: App usage, features accessed, time spent, and workflow interactions.

Device & Technical Information: Device type, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, system activity, timestamps.

Location Information: Approximate location inferred from IP or device settings (if enabled). Used to support localized features and analytics.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to authenticate users, maintain sessions, improve performance, and analyze usage trends. You can control cookies via your browser or device settings.

4. AI & Voice Processing

Rivra uses AI-powered tools to support voice transcription, summarization, and workflow automation.

  • Voice recordings may be temporarily processed to generate text.
  • Audio files are deleted automatically after transcription or within a limited retention window.
  • AI outputs are always editable and user-controlled.

We may share data with AI service providers only to deliver core functionality.

5. How We Share Information

Information You Ask Us to Share: If you initiate actions (e.g., syncing notes or tasks to a CRM), we share information as directed by you.

Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate our platform. They may only use data to provide contracted services.

Legal & Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Business Transfers: If Rivra is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
